Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Yumri POS mobile application ("Application"), created by Yumri Tech ("Service Provider"), offered as a Free + Premium (one-time unlock) service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Yumri Tech grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on devices you own or control, for the operation of your own business. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of the Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application remain the property of Yumri Tech.

2. Your Data & Responsibility

The Application stores your business data (products, transactions, users) locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for securing access to your device and the Application, including your PIN. We recommend regularly exporting a backup — see Section 5.

3. Premium Subscription

Certain features require a one-time Premium unlock, purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store and processed via RevenueCat. Pricing is displayed in-app before purchase. You can manage or request a refund for your purchase through Google Play or the App Store directly, subject to their respective policies.

4. Google Sheets Integration

The Application offers an optional feature to connect your Google account so your sales data can sync to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive, viewable from a browser. This feature is opt-in, can be disconnected at any time from Settings, and is governed by Google's own Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. 5. Backups & Data Loss

You are responsible for exporting and safely storing your own backups. Yumri Tech is not liable for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, uninstallation, or failure to back up your data.

6. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Some features require an active internet connection (e.g. Google Sheets sync); we are not responsible for functionality lost due to lack of connectivity. We rely on third-party services (Google, RevenueCat, app stores) to operate certain features and are not liable for their availability or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yumri Tech is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including business decisions made based on data within the Application, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to the Application & Terms

We may update the Application and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also discontinue the Application at any time; where reasonably possible we will provide notice in-app.
